At All Things Favourite LLC ("ATF Mahjongg", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to provide a seamless, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for all members and players across our clinics, workshops, and companion mobile applications. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to adjust a reservation. Below is our clear policy regarding cancellations, wallet credits, and in-app purchases.

1. Clinic & Event Booking Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Window:

If you need to cancel a reserved spot in a weekly social clinic or scheduled game event, you may cancel via the ATF Café mobile application up to 12 hours before the session start time. The participation fee will be credited directly to your ATF app wallet for use toward any future session.

1.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Because clinic tables are organized around exact table arrangements (4 players per table), cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to start time, or unattended bookings (no-shows), are non-refundable and not eligible for wallet credit. This ensures fairness to fellow players and facilitators who prepare the table assignments.

2. Digital Memberships & In-App Purchases

2.1 In-App Purchases & Custom Room Passes:

Purchases of digital access passes (such as the 4-Hour Instant Access Custom Room pass) or annual digital memberships are processed immediately and are generally non-refundable once activated or accessed.

2.2 Third-Party Store Purchases:

If your digital transaction was billed directly through Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store), your purchase is governed by the respective platform’s terms of service. Apple and Google maintain exclusive discretion over refunds for in-app transactions processed through their payment billing channels. To request a refund through those platforms, please visit:

3. Workshops & Facilitator Training

Special masterclasses, including the 2-Hour Facilitator Onboarding Masterclass with Founder Supriya Sharma, require dedicated coach preparation. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be accommodated without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Physical Products & Game Manuals

If you receive a physical ATF Mahjongg manual that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly dispatch a replacement copy at no additional cost.

5. Contacting Customer Support

If you encounter an unexpected issue with a booking, wallet balance, or digital transaction, please reach out directly to our support team. We review all member inquiries with care and personal attention.
