In-App Purchases Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds for in-app purchases are generally not provided
- However if you need to cancel a booking the participation fee can be credited back into your wallet. This option is only valid 12 hours before Clinic Time.
Third-Party Purchases:
- If you made a purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), please follow their respective refund processes. We have limited ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
