Refund Policies

At ATF ActiSocial we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our users. We understand that occasionally you may need to request a refund for in-app purchases. Below is our refund policy to help guide you through this process. 

In-App Purchases Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Refunds for in-app purchases are generally not provided
2. However if you need to cancel a booking the participation fee can be credited back into your wallet. This option is only valid 12 hours before Clinic Time.

Third-Party Purchases:

1. If you made a purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), please follow their respective refund processes. We have limited ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
