Welcome to All Things Favourite LLC ("ATF Mahjongg", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (allthingsfavourite.com), our mobile applications ("ATF Café" and "Game Clinic"), our community clinics, coaching sessions, digital scoreboards, custom rooms, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, booking a clinic, purchasing a membership, or downloading our companion application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement:

You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account or participate in online game tracking. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in clinics and utilize our mobile services.

1.2 Account Security:

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are solely accountable for all activities conducted under your registered account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

2. Clinics, Sessions, and Table Etiquette

2.1 Respectful Community Conduct:

ATF Mahjongg is built on connection, joy, intellectual stimulation, and mutual respect. Players are expected to maintain courteous, inclusive, and sporting behavior at all clinics, tournaments, and digital rooms. Disruptive conduct, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in immediate revocation of clinic participation or membership without refund.

2.2 Booking and Attendance:

Clinic tables are arranged strictly according to confirmed bookings to ensure balanced 4-player tables. Cancellations must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the session start time to receive wallet credit, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Memberships, Digital Passes, and In-App Purchases

3.1 Annual Paid Membership:

Annual membership to the ATF Club grants preferential clinic pricing (regular attendees pay a 60% higher guest rate compared to annual members), unlimited hosting of digital Custom Rooms for companion scorekeeping, and priority reservation access. Memberships are annual and renew unless cancelled.

3.2 Instant Access Custom Room Passes:

Non-members may create private game scorekeeping rooms by purchasing a 4-Hour Instant Access pass ($3). Passes expire four hours from the time of room creation.

3.3 Platform Terms:

In-app purchases made via iOS or Android are processed and billed through Apple Inc. or Google LLC, respectively, and are subject to their applicable marketplace terms and transaction policies.

4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Game Rules

4.1 Proprietary Materials:

All game documentation, rule configurations, the 148-tile Western International Mahjong system, instructional manuals, app designs, graphics, code, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of All Things Favourite LLC and Founder Supriya Sharma.

4.2 Limited Personal License:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, recreational gameplay. You may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ATF Mahjongg training materials, manuals, scoring software, or clinic formats without express written authorization.

5. Facilitator Network and Coaching

Facilitator onboarding sessions (such as the 2-Hour Zoom Masterclass with Supriya Sharma) provide direct practical orientation on running ATF Mahjongg social sessions. Completion authorizes hosts to facilitate local ATF social clinics in alignment with our community standards. Facilitator onboarding is an educational workshop and does not constitute an accredited academic degree or state regulatory license.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As-Is" Service:

Our applications and digital scoreboards are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free software operation.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Things Favourite LLC and its officers, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in tabletop games or use of our software.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to All Things Favourite LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek informal resolution by contacting info@allthingfavourite.com.
